Reservation Policy
1) Reservation: By 7 days before the date of use ※ Same-day reservation not allowed
2) Payment: Fees to be deposited to the account designated by UST prior to check-in (reservation canceled without payment)
3) Cancellation: Before check-in and payment on the day of use
Operation Policy
1) Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
2) Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
1) Short-term Use: Within 7 days (Period of use can be extended with approval.)
2) Long-term Use: 30 days or longer
- Reservation shall be made in monthly unit. For continuous use, reservation can be made for up to 3 months, and the period can be extended with additional approval.
- Max. Period of Use: Less than 12 months
Procedures of Use
1) Application
- References such as official documents may be requested to confirm the purpose of use or qualification for application.
- Reservations that do not fit the purpose of using the guest room may not be approved.
2) Check-in
- After confirming the users (including companions) at the Information Desk (Dormitory 1F), please receive the temporary pass and item checklist.
3) Check-out
- When checking out, please clean the room and dishes, take out the trash, and close the windows.
- When checking out, please submit the temporary pass and item checklist to the Information Desk (Dormitory 1F).
Guest Room Facilities
- Communal Facilities: Cooling/heating system, free Wi-Fi
- Convenience Facilities: Coin laundry, fitness room, unmanned parcel storage, electric vehicle charging station
Notes before the Reservation and Guideline for Visitor
- As this building is a dormitory used by students, please carefully read the following details below to avoid any inconvenience.
- If the user does not comply with the precautions, we can ask you to check out.
- (Compliance with Guest Room Rules) In case of damage or loss of guest room facilities and loaned items due to the user's negligence, the user shall compensate for such damage or loss.
° Furniture and items in the guest room shall not be moved without authorization.
° Loud singing, drinking, gambling, and smoking are prohibited in guest rooms.
° Cooking in guest rooms is prohibited due to the risk of fire, and gas stoves or induction cooktops cannot be used.
° Pets are not allowed during the stay.
- Use is restricted if the person making reservation and the actual user are different (If caught, the user will be asked to move out.).
- Outsiders who have not reserved in advance are not allowed to enter the building.
- Inflammable substances and heating devices with a danger of fire or ignition are prohibited within the building.
※ Prohibited items(ex) : electric blanket/electric pad, electric stove/pan heater, coffee pot/ramen pot, coffee maker (drip), yogurt maker, microwave/electric oven, electric rice cooker/
electric frying pan, gas burner/cooker, USB fan, curling iron, heating humidifier, iron, psychotropic drugs, flammable materials (including candle, candle warmer)
- Users are responsible for managing their own belongings, including valuables, and the guest house is not liable for any losses.
- Room cleaning and laundry services (bedding, towel replacement, etc.) are not provided during the stay.
- Be sure to take off your shoes inside the guest room while staying.
- Please take care not to lose the temporary pass (Reissuance fee applies.).
