Hello, this is the UST Dormitory Office. Students who wish to apply for an extension of their dormitory stay for the Spring Semester of the 2026 academic year are requested to carefully review the attached notice and submit their application according to the specified schedule. Please refer to the attached file for detailed information. Application Period for Extended Stay:
December 29, 2025 (Mon) 11:00 ？ January 5, 2026 (Mon) 18:00 Room/Kitchen Inspection Period:
January 3, 2026 (Sat) ？ January 4, 2026 (Sun)
Please note that even if you apply for an extension, your application will be rejected if your current residence period has expired, if the room/kitchen inspection is not conducted, or if you fail to pass the inspection. Please coordinate the inspection schedule with your floor representative and ensure that the inspection is completed within the designated period.
