Students who wish to extend their dormitory residence for the Fall Semester 2026 are requested to carefully review the attached announcement and submit their application according to the schedule below.

Dormitory Extension Application Period: June 29, 2026 (Mon) ？ July 6, 2026 (Mon)

Room and Kitchen Inspection Period: July 4, 2026 (Sat) ？ July 5, 2026 (Sun)
Please note that even if you submit an extension application, your application will be rejected if:

Your maximum residence period has expired;

You do not complete the room and kitchen inspection;

You fail to pass the inspection.
Please coordinate with your floor leader and complete the inspection within the designated period.
