Dormitory Move-in Registration Process

Submission of Medical report* (Include Tuberculosis Checkup Results)

  • Purpose: as the dormitory is a joint residence facility, tuberculosis checkup results must be submitted
  • All types of documents* that include details about tuberculosis checkup results may be submitted
    * Medical examination certificates, doctor’s notes, health certificates, tuberculosis radiation examination certificates, etc.

  • Submission deadline : Medical reports must be submitted by Move-in date.
    ※ Students will be allowed to move-in to the dormitory only after submitting their Medical report

Submission of Expected Move-in Date and Registration Form

  • Each student must enter their expected move-in date and time should after checking the move-in registration schedule
  • Registration forms must be submitted to facilitate dormitory student management (May also upload Medical report)
    ※ Sign the form regarding the consent to the collection and use of personal information.

Move-in Registration

※ Please comply with your designated registration date and time because a large number of student will be moving into the dormitory
  • Mandatory items required for registration
    - 1 copy of tuberculosis checkup results document
    - ID card (for identity confirmation)*
    * Any photo ID card, including driver’s license, certificate of residence, passport, student ID card, etc.

Key Things to Note

  • Students must move into the rooms they are assigned and may not move into different rooms or exchange rooms with others without prior approval (violators will be given 50 penalty points).
  • Room equipment and facility confirmation sheets must be completed and submitted (online submission).*
    * The status of room equipment and facilities will be evaluated based on the submitted confirmation sheet when students move out of the dormitory.
  • Passwords for door locks should be set through discussion with roommates after moving into the dormitory.
